Original papers reporting on new research and development results as well as practical implementations and applications in the technical areas as described in the Scope are solicited.
Each author is requested to submit a two page-long camera ready paper in PDF file.
The two-page paper must be prepared on A4-size page, typed single-spaced and double-columned within 17cm x 24cm area.
Step 1 : Create Word File using Template
CLEO-PR 2013 manuscript provides a detailed description of camera-ready paper preparation.
All submissions must comply with the template provided to meet formatting requirements.
Step 2 : Create PDF file
Once complete to write a paper, authors must create a PDF file.
The authors are requested to check carefully if all the content, fonts and special symbols in their PDF files appear properly.
- Minimum PDF version required is 1.4 (Acrobat 5)
- All fonts should be embedded in PDF file
- Do not include form fields, links, annotation (notes) and/or bookmarks in PDF.
We recommend you, if you want to ensure if your paper is IEEE Xplore compliant, to use IEEE PDF eXpress
If the submitted paper is accepted for presentation after the peer review, authors satisfy the requirement for registration, and the paper format comply with the IEEE PDF Specification, then the paper will be submitted to IEEE Xplore.
Although all Papers presented at CLEO-PR & OECC/PS 2013 will be submitted to IEEE after the completion of the conference, we can not guarantee that all of the Papers will be published in IEEE Xplore.
Step 3 : Prepare a copyright form using an appropriate Template
All rights are reserved by IEEE, for all contributed and invited papers.
All authors are required to download and fill in the necessary information.
After you complete the form, Sign after print it out. Then scan the completed signed form to PDF. IEEE policy requires that you send us a signed Copyright Form for each paper. Without this form, we can NOT publish your article.
Step 4 : Submit your paper and copyright form
Authors who have completed the above steps, can now proceed to submit their papers along with the copyright form.

Please note that if your paper is not accepted, the copyright, which we obtained, will be terminated.
