Paper Submission Guidelines
Authors are requested to submit the paper electronically through the online submission interface not later than February 4, 2013 (Japan Standard Time, UTC +9).
The above rule applies to both CLEO-PR 2013 and OECC/PS 2013 paper submissions.
There are two separate links(buttons) to the submission page.
Both can be found on the left-side navigation bar, and at the end of this page.
Step 1 : Create Word File using Template
Each author is requested to submit a 35-word abstract and a two-page camera ready paper in PDF file (single space with double columned)
You can download the Template from each “On-line Paper Submission” page.
Step 2 : Create PDF file
Once complete to write a paper, authors must create a PDF file.
The authors are requested to check carefully if all the content, fonts and special symbols in their PDF files appear properly.
Step 3 : Prepare a copyright form using an appropriate Template
Copyright form must be submitted together with the paper.
Each copyright form template(IEEE for CLEO-PR, and IEICE for OECC/PS) can be downloaded from each “On-line Paper Submission” page.
Please note that if your paper is not accepted, the copyright, which we obtained, will be terminated.
Step 4 : Submission
The paper submission procedure will be managed via EDAS (Paper submission management system)
Logging in to EDAS (the URL will be announce on our Website soon.)
If you already have an account, enter your email address (or your numeric EDAS ID#) and password in the fields on the form on the EDAS home page.
If you do not know whether you have an account on this EDAS system, try entering your email address or name.
EDAS will check for your account and let you know whether it knows about you.

Papers submitted to joint sessions (Joint category J1 – J4) will be reviewed and programmed equally by the same committee, whether they are submitted to CLEO-PR or OECC/PS.
However, their copyright will belong to either conference, to which they are submitted.
